Rachel Aoanan serves as Main Street Launch’s Senio Vice President – Risk Management & Compliance. She possesses a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University and a BA in Early Childhood Development with an emphasis on Research & Public Policy. She comes with over 13 years of experience in the nonprofit/public sector.

With the entrepreneurial background of establishing a sole-proprietary daycare and with the founding of a nonprofit educational and social services program, she was recruited to participate in Beneficial State Bank’s high-caliber internship program catered to MBA students. Shortly after completing her project on loan administration processes, she was able to extend her knowledge serving as Main Street Launch’s Loan Servicing & Closing Specialist, shortly moving into the position as a Loan Processing Manager. With close to three years experience in SBA lending, she moved into community banking as an SBA Documentation Manager, and has since returned to Main Street as the department’s Vice President – Loan Closing and Compliance.

In addition to taking great pride in community development initiatives and small business lending, Rachel enjoys spin-cycling, running 5Ks/half-marathons, exploring new cuisines and restaurants, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
